1. About Sufra Cuisine
Sufra Cuisine offers homemade halal Middle Eastern weekly meal plans and catering services in Saint John, New Brunswick and nearby service areas. These terms apply when you use this website, place a weekly meal order, submit a catering request, or contact Sufra Cuisine through the website.
2. Weekly Meal Orders
Weekly meal plans are offered for specific meal weeks. You may select one or more available weekly meal plans in the same checkout, up to the limit shown on the website. The quantity you choose applies to each selected week. Each selected week has its own Sunday delivery date and Monday to Friday meal and storage plan.
Orders must be placed before the published order cutoff, usually Friday at 12:00 PM Atlantic Time, unless Sufra Cuisine extends or changes the cutoff. Orders for closed, unavailable, or sold-out weeks cannot be accepted. Meals are prepared for Sunday delivery and are intended for Monday to Friday consumption.
After delivery, customers are responsible for following the storage and reheating instructions provided on the website, confirmation email, packaging, or delivery card. Monday and Tuesday meals should generally be refrigerated, while later-week meals should generally be frozen unless Sufra Cuisine provides different instructions for a specific dish.
3. Catering Requests
Submitting a catering form is a request only. It does not confirm availability, menu details, pricing, delivery, setup, or event service. Sufra Cuisine will review the request and follow up to confirm details, provide pricing, and approve the catering order.
4. Payments
Available weekly meal payment methods may include card payment through Stripe Checkout, cash, or Interac e-Transfer, depending on the options enabled and shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by Stripe on a hosted checkout page. Sufra Cuisine does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Cash and Interac e-Transfer orders are received as pending payment and must be completed according to the instructions shown at checkout or on the confirmation page. An order may not be treated as paid or fully confirmed until payment is received or verified by Sufra Cuisine. If a Stripe payment is cancelled or cannot be completed, the website may offer available offline payment methods, but order availability, cutoffs, and payment confirmation still apply. Catering payments, deposits, or balances may be handled separately after Sufra Cuisine confirms the request.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
Because weekly meals are planned and prepared around order counts, cancellation, refund, or change requests are reviewed case by case. For orders covering more than one selected week, Sufra Cuisine may review each selected week based on its own cutoff, ingredients, preparation status, and delivery date. Requests made after the order cutoff may not be refundable if ingredients have been purchased or preparation has started. Catering cancellation terms may vary by event size, timing, menu, and confirmed quote.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available only within Sufra Cuisine's active service area. Multi-week orders are delivered separately on the delivery date for each selected week. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and safe drop-off instructions. If delivery cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, Sufra Cuisine may contact the customer to arrange next steps.
7. Allergies and Dietary Needs
Sufra Cuisine asks customers to share allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. While care is taken when preparing food, meals may be prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, and other ingredients. Customers with severe allergies should contact Sufra Cuisine before ordering.
8. Website Content
Menu items, prices, availability, delivery areas, photos, and service details may change without notice. Dish and menu photos are provided to help identify meals, but plating, sides, packaging, portions, and appearance may vary. Sufra Cuisine aims to keep the website accurate, but occasional errors, sold-out items, or schedule changes may occur.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, or use the website in a way that could harm Sufra Cuisine, its customers, or its systems.
